We are committed to offering a reliable delivery service across the UK Mainland. All in-stock orders placed online over £299.99 qualify for FREE* delivery. Estimated dispatch time is 10 working days. Our warehouse team works hard to ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Pre-order items

Products marked PRE-ORDER NOW display an estimated date for arrival at our warehouse. Placing a pre-order reserves stock from the next incoming delivery. Once all items on your order are in our warehouse, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery and dispatch to your home. Order status updates

If anything changes with your order, we’ll notify you. Otherwise, we’re operating as normal, and the delivery estimates shown on the site are our best current view.

Our Free Delivery service applies to orders over £299.99.

If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll deliver everything together once all goods are ready. Need part of the order sooner? You can place two separate orders or call 0114 303 7282 to discuss a split delivery and any additional charges.

On rare occasions—such as specialist deliveries or remote addresses—delivery may take a little longer than 10 working days. If so, we’ll contact you promptly and work to deliver within a reasonable timeframe.

Deliveries on orders under £299.99

This shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on size, weight and handling:

  • £9.95 Small accessories to mainland UK*
  • £14.95 Medium accessories to mainland UK*
  • £19.95 Large accessories to mainland UK*
  • £24.95 Bulky/heavy accessories to mainland UK*

Charges and exclusions

* Excludes the following postcode districts: AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30–PO41. Deliveries to these areas are charged at £60.00.

** These postcode districts are also excluded from our White Glove Delivery Service, even if the option appears at checkout. Please don’t select it. To enquire about availability or a bespoke quotation in these areas, contact us before selecting a delivery option.

Kerbside and door-drop deliveries

Our free service is kerbside only. You are responsible for moving items onto your property and disposing of packaging. If you need help getting items into your home or garden, please contact us before ordering to arrange an alternative service—this may affect the delivery timeframe and price.

Depending on your order and location, we’ll use one of the following methods:

  • Luton van courier: One or two-person team. We’ll text or email a 3–4 hour window a few days in advance, and the driver will call about 30 minutes before arrival. Please reply to confirm the slot—deliveries are only attempted once confirmed.
  • Small parcel courier (usually DPD): You’ll receive a text with the delivery day and time window.

Please keep an eye out for calls from unknown numbers after placing your order—it may be us or the courier trying to arrange delivery.

If the suggested time doesn’t suit

Pallet and parcel couriers are independent from Gallery Fox Valley, so slot changes must be arranged with them directly.

  • Small parcels (usually DPD): You’ll receive a 1-hour window by text; you can rearrange directly via the DPD website using the consignment number.
  • Luton van courier: If a slot we’ve offered doesn’t work, reply to the text/email you will have been sent by the courier.

Assembly

Most items need light assembly. Tools and instructions are provided. If you’re unsure or unable to assemble, contact us before delivery to discuss alternatives or arrange a competent person to assist.

White Glove Assembly Service

Our White Glove Assembly Service is optional and priced at £99.99. It includes delivery to your address, placement in a room of your choice, assembly, and removal of packaging—so you can enjoy your furniture straight away.

White Glove delivery windows

White Glove timing depends on courier routes. We aim to deliver within 10 working days of the item being in stock and will contact you if we expect any delay.

How to book White Glove

Select the option at checkout. Once paid, we’ll contact you to schedule your slot—this may take a few days while routes are planned.

AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, PO30–PO41 are excluded from White Glove, despite appearing at checkout. Please don’t select it. To discuss options or a bespoke quote in these areas, call 0114 3037282

On the day

Expect a 3–4 hour window and a call about 30 minutes before arrival. Please ensure clear access and a suitable, cleared space for assembly.

Furniture removal

Our couriers cannot move or remove your existing furniture. If you need items collected, we recommend contacting local charities—many offer free collection for good causes.

Can I track my order?

Can I choose my delivery time?
This depends on the method:

  • Small parcel couriers typically provide a 1-hour slot by text.
  • Luton van and White Glove deliveries usually offer a 3–4 hour window. We’ll do our best to work around day/time restrictions, though it may not always be possible within 10 working days. For White Glove, we’ll also call on the day about 30 minutes before arrival.

How long will delivery take?
For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 10 working days. We’ll contact you with an expected date once routing is confirmed. Orders placed using finance cannot be delivered until 14 days after purchase, call 0114 303 7282 for more information.

Do you deliver at weekends?
Our free service does not include weekend deliveries. White Glove is also weekday-only.

Access, failed deliveries and cancellations

Please ensure there is adequate access. If items cannot enter the property on the first attempt, the delivery will be recorded as failed.

If you’ve confirmed a slot and are not available at the address when the courier arrives (within the agreed window and without alternative arrangements), the delivery will be recorded as failed.

If you need to cancel a confirmed slot, give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Without this notice, the delivery will be recorded as failed. 

For failed deliveries, a redelivery charge will apply, or you may collect from our warehouse once items are returned.

Orders placed using finance

Orders paid via finance cannot be delivered until 14 days after purchase. For details, call 0114 303 7282.

Areas we can’t currently deliver

We’re unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Ireland or Northern Ireland. To discuss options, call 0114 303 7282.

Delays beyond our control

Delivery times are indicative. We can’t be held liable for delays due to events outside our control (for example, road closures, severe weather) or third parties (such as suppliers or couriers). We will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
