Gallery Fox Valley Price Match Promise
At Gallery Fox Valley we work hard to offer customers the best possible prices. If you do happen to find the same item elsewhere at a lower cost, we’ll be happy to review it and, where eligible, match that price.
For a price match to apply, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be available to order and pay for on the same day and carry the same lead time (we cannot match in-stock items if a competitor only has them on back order).
- The item must be identical in every way – including brand, size, and colour – and must be brand new (ex-display items are excluded).
- We are unable to match in-store only deals or prices that are exclusive to membership, loyalty, or reward schemes.
- The competitor’s price must include delivery costs and, if applicable, any assembly fees.
- The competitor must be UK-based, registered, and selling directly to customers via an authorised distribution channel. Marketplace or auction sellers are excluded.
- No other promotional discounts, offers, or vouchers can be combined with a price match.
- Introductory or first-time buyer offers are not included.
- Clearance and closing-down sale prices are excluded.
- We will only match prices once we have verified that the competitor is a legitimate trader.
- Payment terms must be like-for-like.
